The head coach of the team as a problem for the development of the goalkeeper

A huge problem in the development of a goalkeeper can be the coach of the team, if he does not understand that he is working for the learning and development of the children, only winning is important to him. If we rely on experience, and it’s easy to look at a few matches, we can notice how the coach from the goalie bar stays on the goal line, where after some attacks on the coaches, it is best to defend the goal on the line itself, especially with small children where it often happens that you are lobbed, where you can’t react to high balls.
In my opinion, this coach makes it out of fear of failure, the team not to concede a goal, not to lose the competition. It makes a lot of people angry when we see a goalkeeper make a mistake, whether it’s during a lay-up, whether during a pass or similar, the reaction, and the coach knows how to be very violent, and the goalkeeper’s pressure and stress are real. This alone causes the goalkeeper to fear and lose self-confidence, and all those moves from the lines to the ball and movements in the goalkeeper’s area become
It stops hatching on a high ball, which to learn requires a lot of work and learning, and also a lot of mistakes in learning, but mistakes are learned. This also destroys the work with the goalkeeper when we try to teach him the technique of moving and shooting the ball, low and high balls, dunks and shots. Bidiejki’s pressure from the coach is huge, and he may not put him on goal in the match if he listens to him, he defends as he has in mind.
The problem is complex and should be approached carefully, if it can be solved at all.
If we talk to the coach that the child, the goalkeeper needs to learn, he can listen to the coach to irritate him, so he will start to ignore the goalkeeper, not to make him defend, or to put pressure on him. He simply needs to work systematically, to continue to learn and to be given space and time to relax and learn and to begin to put himself in a position to independently defend the goal.
